It works but documentation is pretty bad. The main complaint is that your phone is constantly trying to connect to the car's WiFi when trying to connect to the Fitcamx. The only way to stop this is to go into the car's wifi and "Forget". But that only help in the initial installation. How did I solve this? I had a spare Pixel 3a XL. I don't use my main phone for this app. So things are great.... for me. Bothersome is how many clicks you have to go through to turn the mike on or off. Fix This!!

This app works as long as you override any other overpowering wifi. For it to work on my Samsung 24+, I turn off my phone's bluetooth while in my 2025 Bronco to connect to the app. The only time you really need the app is when you're trying to download cam content. The downloads take about 1 minute tops. Can't use autoplay and the app at the same time and your car has to be on and running for the app to work so it can connect to the camera wifi.

Does what's advertised. Allows you to look at live feed and saved videos after connecting to its broadcast WiFi. If you have a video you specifically need, I recommend removing the SD card and using the USB adapter on a PC. Download speeds are slow but that's expected with high res video formats. If you're worried about privacy, uninstall the app after you do initial setup. Camera will still work just fine.
